We really liked this state park. The bat houses really do keep the mosquitoes under control. We didn`t use any bug spray the entire weekend. The bathroom is well maintained and clean. Canoeing on the lake was awesome. The hiking trails were great. My daughter is asking to go back. Because the campground is on top of a bluff, some of the sites are terraced which can make setting up a bit of a challenge. I had my camper on one level, the dining canopy on another, and the fire ring was on a third.
